Sarah brings 20 years of experience in community development finance, having previously led rural initiatives at a major regional bank. She holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a deep personal connection to regional Australia, having grown up on a family farm in rural Victoria.

Michael Torres

Chief Investment Officer

Michael oversees all capital deployment and portfolio management. His background includes 15 years at a leading infrastructure fund and a track record of successful public-private partnerships. He holds a CFA designation and degrees from the University of Sydney and UNSW.

Dr. Linda Blackwood

Chief Impact Officer

Linda ensures all investments align with community needs and measure meaningful outcomes. A former professor of rural sociology at the University of Queensland, she has published extensively on sustainable community development and serves on multiple national advisory boards.

James Chen

Chief Operating Officer

James manages day-to-day operations and partnership development. He previously built and scaled operations for a national affordable housing developer. His expertise in construction management and community engagement ensures projects deliver on time and on mission.
